Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Digital product’s management, understanding clients’ needs and behaviour and identifying solutions and services to meet customers e needs. To bring new channels to market and drives adoption and utilization at the Branch level.
  • As a digital sales Agent, your role revolves around leveraging digital channels to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the bank’s overall growth in the digital era.

Scope of Duties:

  • Developing and implementing digital sales strategies: You will be responsible for creating strategies to promote and sell banking products and services through digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, and online platforms. This involves analyzing customer behaviour, market trends, and competition to devise effective strategies.
  • Managing online sales platforms: You will oversee the digital sales platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions. This includes monitoring website performance, improving the customer journey, and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with marketing, product development, and technology teams to align digital sales initiatives with overall business objectives. Collaboration with these teams is essential for successful product launches, campaign execution, and improving customer experiences.
  • Identifying and targeting potential customers: You will analyze customer data and market segments to identify potential leads and target audiences. This involves utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools, data analytics, and digital marketing techniques to reach the right customers at the right time.
  • Providing customer support: You will assist customers in their digital banking journey, guiding them through online account openings, product inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues they encounter. This requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Monitoring performance and analyzing data: You will track digital sales metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue generated. By analyzing data and performance reports, you can identify areas for improvement, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer experiences.


Technical Know-How:

  • Knowledge of Banking and market practice.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Banking
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
